Lisa Billings joined Warren Averett in August 2005 and has over 19 years of experience. She focuses her practice on the taxation of pass-through entities and has experience with mergers and acquisitions, entity structure, federal and state planning for entities and owners and multi-state tax planning for partnerships and S corporations. Lisa is a Member in the Firm’s Tax Division and assists clients, primarily in the real estate and private equity arena, with strategic planning. She offers expertise with like-kind exchanges and has served as the Firm’s Tax Policy and Procedure Best Practice Leader. Lisa resides in Birmingham with her husband and two children.
